The World Scholars Cup at DOHA

Amazing News! The BIS just returned from an incredible journey at the World Scholar's Cup Global Round in Doha. Our three teams performed brilliantly and qualified for the Tournament of Champions at Yale University in November.

The World Scholars Cup is a humanities-based competition that covers various subjects like art, literature, science, technology, history, social studies, media, and music. This year, over 16,000 students from around the world will compete. There are three stages: regional, global, and the Tournament of Champions at Yale. Students are evaluated based on their debating skills, subject knowledge, writing abilities, and teamwork. We are immensely proud of our teams' achievements and hope they continue to spread The BIS's great name to scholars at Yale and beyond.
