This week we are looking back at some of the Halloween photos from our City Campus.  Scrolling down, you will be surprised to see the amazing photos of the recreations of  the famous paintings the students put together at Art Club.

This week, we also held a beautiful memorial ceremony in honor of the 81st year of the passing of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Turkish Republic.

 Enjoy the read!
More from Halloween

We honestly could not enough of the Halloween photos. So here are some photos from the City Campus Halloween Festival to brighten up your Friday!

Art Club

Art isn’t just about paper and paints, in this day and age we mustn’t neglect the newest of art forms – digital art. It is a new potential and it encourages new ways of seeing, new ways of composing a picture.

By learning fundamentals of Photoshop program, KS2 Etiler Art Club children layered their own profile photos over famous paintings and created the creepiest Halloween themed digital artworks. They were very excited about this spooky new project we created this year.

Memorial Day

On Friday, November 8th, we honored the 81st year of the passing of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Turkish Republic with a memorial ceremony.

The beautiful ceremony was highlighted by the singing performance of the national school students while the international school students gave a speach about the importance of this day.

At the end of the ceremony, students filled a whole board with hearts that contained words and drawings about this day.

If you missed the ceremony, you can see below for the wonderful photos.

Next week we have the CIS team visiting for accreditation.
And that brings us to the end of another week!
